Delete your Crewlo data
Crewlo runs locally. The project does not keep a cloud copy of your agent conversations or WhatsApp messages. The operator of the computer controls the local data.
Data on your computer
- In Crewlo, disconnect Telegram and WhatsApp to remove their stored connection credentials and owner pairing. This does not delete conversation history.
- Close Crewlo, then remove its local application data and any copies or backups you keep. Uninstalling the app alone may leave local data behind. Check the app's settings and your operating system's application-data location before deleting anything you may want to keep.
If you need help identifying the relevant data on your own computer, contact the project at the address below. Do not send bot tokens, full chat histories or private files in an issue.
Information shared with the project
If you directly shared personal information with Crewlo's maintainers, email idrissihafez@gmail.com with the subject Crewlo data deletion request. Describe where you shared it (for example, a GitHub issue) and enough detail to locate it, without sending passwords or access tokens. We will review the request and explain any information we cannot remove because it is controlled by another provider or must be retained by law.
Third-party services
Messages and account information processed by Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram, an AI provider, GitHub or a tunnel provider are subject to that provider's controls and retention rules. Removing local Crewlo data does not automatically erase their copies. Use the relevant provider's privacy or deletion controls for those records.
